#Food 1

Coconut drink with an orange slice on a hot summer day. Now that winter's here in the northern sphere, we can only dream of the warmth and palm trees from warmer places.
Recipe:
1. Take a coconut and slice a hole on the top of it.
2. Slice an orange and put it on the coconut for decoration.

Healthy green sandwiches. Perfect for a morning that need a heavy breakfast or even a snack when you're hungry but not hungry for heavy food.
Recipe:
1. Whole grain brown bread.
2. Spread some mashed avocado or shrimp crème fraîche on the bread.
3. Add some tomatoes and/or greens like arugula, baby spinach, or lettuce on top.

A drink with macaroons on top. Since I don't drink alcohol, I'm going to give you guys a simple non alcoholic recipe.
Recipe:
1. Put crashed ice in a glass.
2. Add either Fanta exotic or Sprite to the ice.
3. For a finishing touch, add macaroons on top.

Here we have a True Fruits yellow smoothie. It's a mango passion smoothie that can be bought here. This could be ingested with a banan to make you fuller. For a home made recipe, just follow the advice below.
Recipe:
1. Mix oranges, bananas and mangoes in a blender with vanilla yoghurt.
2. Top with some small pieces of apples and passion fruit.
